Founded by Rex G. Maughan, Forever Living is a multi level marketing company offering opportunities to join their sales team. You will be selling products related to the health and lifestyle markets.
About The Company
Forever Living have been operational since Rex G. Maughan started the company back in 1978 in Scottsdale Arizona. Since then the company has seen stable growth (mainly in the US) until it now sits as a global company offering their services across the world. Whilst not quite up there with the household name multi level marketing companies, Forever Living achieved a respectable revenue of $2.5 billion in 2010. Forever Living continue to grow through recruitment of new sales people.
What Product am I Selling?
At the core of Forever Living are their health products, most of which are based around Aloe Vera and bee by products such as royal jelly or honey. Forever Living also offer theor own line of spring water. The key sales point of these products is their allegedly proven health benefits, none of which have been proven by any recognised medical journal.
How to Apply and Training
Application is handled online via email. From here you will receive a business plan and full training that Forever Living refer to as world class, in order to help you be best positioned to start selling their products.
How Much Can This Earn?
Forever Living advertise as making life changing income, huge amounts of money and all the other methods that multi level marketing companies use to get you on board. In the case of Forever Living however I can’t help but feel particularly sceptical. I am of the opinion that looking purely at a UK market you would struggle to sell Forever Living products.
Conclusion
Forever Living products simply don’t seem that great. Where Avon, for example, are a known and trusted brand in the UK, Forever Living isn’t. Furthermore the products that are on offer aren’t exactly what I would consider to be optimised for a UK market, for example despite “proving” that Forever Living products work, there is actually very little provided in the way of evidence. Honestly, there are better and likely more profitable multi level marketing companies out there.
