Created by Dave Gibson, Prem 10 is a football tipster service that specialises in providing users with tips for the English Premier League.
What is the product?
Prem 10 is a tipster service that provides subscribers with bets for Premier League games. On the surface this isn’t anything new however the bets are typically different to the norm covering things like above/under bets for the number of goals, corners and cards. Dave Gibson will typically release 4-5 bets on a Friday with an analysis of why they have been selected. This is steeped in information that comes from OPTA Sports Data, probably the most recognisable sports data company in the world. This is courtesy of a license for Oxfordshire Press (the company that Dave Gibson also serves as the MD for). Many of the bets that Prem 10 provides are built around statistical predictions that in turn have their basis that historically have a 70% statistical likelihood.
What is the investment vs. the rate of return?
Dave Gibson is selling access to Prem 10 for just £10 per month or £70 for the full years subscription. There is a 14 day free trial regardless of which option you choose. There is nothing mentioned in terms of a money back guarantee but as this is standard for this kind of product it doesn’t count too much against Prem 10. In terms of income, Dave Gibson says that the bets provided will be evens or more meaning that you should at least double your money on winning bets. In terms of solid numbers, there is unfortunately not a significant amount of data to refer to. The one week that is published was unfortunately not a great one but I feel it would be unreasonable to judge Prem 10 purely on this.
Does the product provide value for money?
Although there isn’t any results available, at just £10 per month I feel that Prem 10 does represent value for money.
Conclusion
At the core of the reasons that Prem 10 works well is the cost. £10 per month is extraordinarily cheap for a tipster service and at that cost the results don’t have to be amazing to show profit. My concerns lie in the odds that are being betted on. At evens, every win is wiped out by a loss and this can lead to bets simply cancelling one another out. With that in mind Prem 10 is a little bit of a risk however with the low cost and the 14 day trial I don’t see it as being a deal breaker.
