Juicy Plums Review Tipster Nick Pullen

Created by known horse racing tipster Nick Pullen, Juicy Plums is a free horse racing tipster service that seeks to identify horses with the best value.

What is the product?

Juicy Plums is a free tipster service that provides weekly tips for major weekend horse racing events. Any tips that Nick Pullen identifies are uploaded to the website where they can be accessed on Friday evenings from 5pm. Selections for Juicy Plums do not come from a typical pattern with Nick Pullen  saying that he often uses his instinct as much as his intellect and where other tipsters will look purely at form, he trusts in the feel of a race. This makes his considerable time and experience in horse racing quite important.  Juicy Plums doesn’t produce a lot of bets with there being around 3-6 events covered on a weekend with the number of bets per event rarely numbering more than 2. Odds are anywhere between 5/1 going as high as 25/1 although Nick Pullen says that the majority of Juicy Plums selections will be double figures. With these high odds come a low strike rate which although not published can be contextualised by pointing out that the service has produced just 1 14/1 winner for 2015 to date. Juicy Plums selections are usually win bets however in the event that there are 16 or more horses bets will be advised as each way. Read more

Secret Bot Review Ken Emery

Created by Ken Emery, Secret Bot is a unique piece of software that provides horse racing tips to subscribers.

What is the product?

Secret Bot is a piece of software but it is worth keeping in mind that this software is only a distribution method for the tips. The actual selections are handled by the creator, Ken Emery. Selections themselves are for about 50% of races on that day. In terms of how the selections are made there is a disappointing lack of information available. It is worth noting that Ken Emery says that Secret Bot is not designed for casual punters but is instead aimed at professional bettors who are perhaps looking to expand their portfolio. Read more

Nap Investor Review Nathan Price

Created by Nathan Price and marketed through Winning Information Network, Nap Investor is a new horse racing tipster service that provides win bet selections.

What is the product?

Nap Investor is a horse racing tipster service that has a focus on backing win bets with up to 3 bets being made available each day. Staking is somewhat varied with bets being recommended at anywhere between 1 and 5 points with creator Nathan Price sends selections out directly via email.  Whilst the actual selection process is kept secret Nathan Price does divulge some information. He starts by alluding to a contact network within the horse racing industry. He also talks about how he and his team analyse “breeding, past performance, race times and running style” as well as receiving all the latest gallop news. The odds on the horses that Nap Investor will be selecting are varied but are typically between 2.0 and 8.0 although odds do go into the double figures with a few high priced winners having come in. Despite these odds (which generally seem to be 3.0 and above), Nap Investor has achieved an average strike rate of 35.73% based off Winning Information Networks proofing. What is particularly impressive about this is the average isn’t really brought up by a one off month with the strike rate to date always being between 30% and 40% Read more

The Informer Review tipster ‘Mick’

Created by a tipster known only as Mick, The Informer is a horse racing tipster service that provides selections based on an informant network.

What is the product?

The Informer is an independent tipster service that has been built up by the creator, Mick, with a view to offering selections based off an allegedly rather sizeable list of contacts. Mick says that he has worked in the horse racing industry for over 25 years where he has carried out a number of different roles. During this time he claims to have built up a substantial network of contacts ranging from jockeys to trainers and even owners who are happy to provide him with the latest in the know information. As a service The Informer will typically offer around 2-4 bets per week which are usually win bets although there may also be the occasional each way bet too. Staking is again rather varied with numbers between 1 and 5 points depending on how strong the advice is. The Informer’s selections are loaded directly onto the main website where you can log into a member’s area or alternatively, you can arrange to have them sent via text message. There are also two premium phone lines available which seem to offer different tips on each. Read more

Betting Edge Review Tipster Service

Offered by Oxfordshire Press, Betting Edge is a new tipster service that specialises in providing value selections for a variety of sports.

What is the product?

Betting Edge is a website offering subscribers a somewhat sporadic tipster service, namely as the focus is on value betting. Tips come courtesy of a team of professionals all of whom are involved in betting in some way or another, from employees of bookmakers (in a variety of positions) to professional bettors and sports analysts. Oxfordshire Press, the company behind Betting Edge say that all of these are at the top of their game and all offer something. In terms of the selections themselves, these cover a huge number of sporting events with examples so far in football, tennis and snooker with a host of other sports covered as well. I mentioned that Betting Edge offers somewhat sporadic tips and this evident in the fact that Oxfordshire Press say that their aim is to send out around 5 selections per week. Since its inception at the end of January Betting Edge is some way off this figure with only a handful of bets offered, none of which have won however there are a number of reasons for this. The two most prominent lie in the fact that Betting Edge concerns itself with identifying undervalued bets which is a system that doesn’t return frequent winners. The other and more important point is that all the bets have been betting on winners of tournaments etc. which inherently are a more difficult prediction to make. Read more

Football Cash Machine System Review Chris Williams

Created by Chris Williams, Football Cash Machine System is a betting system for football that takes advantage of an oft overlooked market.

What is the product?

Football Cash Machine System is a betting system that helps you to identify your own football bets. The system is based around a high strike rate with Chris Williams claiming that Football Cash Machine System has won a very impressive 96% of bets. Whilst this isn’t proofed in full (he says that showing the results would give away the method behind Football Cash Machine System) there is evidence of this showing whether bets won or lost on Betfair. The system itself is spread over more than 100 minutes of videos (broken down into 3 different subjects) as well as coming with a PDF that also outlines the methods. Whilst I cannot go into the  methods as it would pretty much give away Chris Williams’ system, Football Cash Machine System is very easy to use and not overly time consuming. All that you have to do is check a certain website before a game and compare some basic information and if the odds are right on Betfair simply place your bet. Read more

European Premier Football Lay the Draw Review Kevin Steele

Created by Kevin Steele, European Premier Football Lay the Draw is a piece of software that uses its own betting system to identify lay betting opportunities.

What is the product?

European Premier Football Lay the Draw is a programme (that is only compatible with Windows) that you can download to your computer to make draw based lay betting selections for you. These are all based around the top European leagues with the focus being on games that are unlikely to end in a draw. In fact, the system that Kevin Steele has devised for European Premier Football Lay the Draw is based around teams being selected from a set criteria, one of which is that they have not had a recent draw result. Because European Premier Football Lay the Draw is a lay betting service an account will be required through a betting exchange with the most popular example being Betfair. In terms of figures, it is early days for European Premier Football Lay the Draw and as such there isn’t a huge amount of data available however what there is shows a strike rate of 80%. This is a rather worrying figure for a lay betting service as a low strike rate can quickly decimate your betting bank. Read more

The Low Lay Review

Offered by an anonymous tipster, The Low Lay is a horse racing tipster service that provides you with a daily lay bet tip.

What is the product?

The Low Lay is a tipster service offering subscribers with a single tip each day. Selections are sent out via email, usually before 11.30 with all bets being lay bets.  This does mean that to use The Low Lay subscribers will need an account with a betting exchange with the most well known of these being Betfair. The Low Lay keeps all odds below 3.0 which means the recommended betting bank of 20 points should be ok. This is based off a strike rate that my research showed up at about 70% although due to the length of time that The Low Lay has been operational this is very dependent on when you subscribe. There is unfortunately no information about the selection process which is disappointing. With just one selection per day it could use a number of approaches. Read more

Value Plus Soccer Review Steve Davidson

Created by Steve Davidson, Value Plus Soccer is a football betting system that will allegedly help users to build up a long term profitable betting income.

What is the product?

Value Plus Soccer is a downloadable betting system for football games from across the world. Selections are self picked with Value Plus Soccer will teach you how to do this. The process is relatively simple with Steve Davidson saying that all you have to do is look at a few free websites which will ultimately show you which teams to back. There will be three bets per day for Value Plus Soccer backing teams from around the world with two single bets and a double being placed. Because Value Plus Soccer is a back to win system you can look around to try and find better odds as opposed to lay betting where you are at the mercy of market. Details for Value Plus Soccer are rather scarce, for example Steve Davidson has not published a strike rate and nor is there sufficient proofing to calculate this. What has been worked on however is a staking system that Steve Davidson calculates could make a theoretical billionaire out of Value Plus Soccer users. Unfortunately this kind of proposition is entirely unfeasible. Read more

Betting Sniper Review Luke Banks

Created by Luke Banks, Betting Sniper is a horse racing betting system that the creator purports as being able to consistently profit through day to day racing.

What is the product?

Betting Sniper is a betting system that comes as a downloadable PDF which over 17 pages details how you can identify potential winning horses on certain types of race. The method that Betting Sniper  employs isn’t actually too complicated being based around finding races on Betfair where there is an odds on winner predicted (less than even odds). You then check to see if a number of other sources (including Sporting Life and The Racing Post) have reached the same conclusion. You then look at their race history and if certain criterion are met then you are supposed to back said horse. This method of betting should produce at least one bet per day and once you are used to navigating the various sites etc. Betting Sniper shouldn’t take too long to implement. Luke Banks claims that you should have a very high strike rate which makes sense however what I find rather concerning is that there are no numbers to back this up, nor is there any proofing which means that whilst it seems logical that Betting Sniper would have a high strike rate, this is a technically unfounded comment.
