Footy Hawk Review

Created by professional bettor and tipster Ryan, Footy Hawk is a sports betting tipster service that provides selections exclusively for football.

What is the product?

Footy Hawk is a relatively new tipster service provided by Ryan, a tipster who previously provided selections through Kings of Odds who in turn provided selections to a number of different forums. Unfortunately there is no discussion about the selection process which given the high price is somewhat off putting. Footy Hawk only covers football however the games that Ryan provides selections for a hugely varied and cover leagues, cups and friendlies from across the world. The bets are for a number of goal based over/under bets that have produced a strike rate of 48.8%. Ryan also recommends a compounded staking system for Footy Hawk based around staking anywhere from 1-10 units (essentially 1% per unit) of your betting bank.

What is the investment vs. the rate of return?

The cost of Footy Hawk is by far and away the biggest problem with this service. Ryan offers a weekly and monthly subscription to Footy Hawk with costs coming in at $35 and $98 respectively. What Footy Hawk does have going for it is a guarantee that says that if the weekly service doesn’t make 2.5 units of profit or the monthly service 10 units, then you can claim a refund for this period. In terms of income, Footy Hawk has averaged just under 30 points per month between September and January with the service making a total of 147.86 units of profit.

Does the product provide value for money?

Because of the staggering monthly costs involved with Footy Hawk it is very difficult to call this service value for money.

Conclusion

The tipster behind Footy Hawk isn’t unknown and looking into Kings of Odds shows that it was a service that survived for some time. In Footy Hawk, Ryan seems to have some pretty decent foundations and so far the service has been relatively consistent. It is just very off putting to pay for a single service the same cost that could easily buy you two and conceivably three other tipster services to start developing a proper portfolio.
