Larry the Lay King Review Tipster Warehouse

Created by Larry King and provided as a part of Tipster Warehouse’s stable of tipsters, Larry the Lay King is a lay betting horse racing tipster service.

What is the product?

Larry the Lay King is a lay betting selection service operated by Larry ‘the Lay’ King. It is a daily tipster service that provides lay bets for races across the UK. Unfortunately information behind the selection process is kept under wraps on the promotional material for Larry the Lay King, but given my experience with Tipster Warehouse’s products it will likely be based on experience and a version of statistical and/or form analysis (however this is only speculative). Since January 2014 Larry the Lay King has produced a strike rate of 76.2% based off an average of 25-35 selections per month. I would have personally expected a little more for a lay betting service as these are typically lower risk and yield when compared to backed bets. Read more

Quentin Franks Racing Review

Created by Quentin Frank and offered under the Tipster Warehouse umbrella, Quentin Franks Racing is an email based horse racing tipster service.

What is the product?

Quentin Franks Racing is a horse racing tipster service that whilst relatively new, shows a degree of promise with no losing months since its inception. Quentin Frank sends out selections for Quentin Franks Racing on a daily basis with between 80 and 90 selections in a month (working out at 2-3 tips per day) with odds ranging from 2.0 all the way up to 28.0. Stakes are advised at either 1 or 2 points. All of this has come together to produce a rather mediocre strike rate of 25.95%. The selection process is rather unfortunately not detailed with the closest to information that we get on this being a statement by Tipster Warehouse that Quentin Frank has experience and insight into horse racing and that he has been a long time professional bettor. Stephen Vincent Tipping Service Review

Created by and named for Stephen Vincent, Stephen Vincent Tipping Service is a horse racing tipster service that operates under the Tipster Warehouse umbrella.

What is the product?

Stephen Vincent Tipping Service provides users with selections made by the tipster behind the service Stephen Vincent. Selections are sent out via email daily with around 1-2 tips sent out the day before the race. Stephen Vincent Tipping Service utilises a combination of stakes and bets with the system varying between each way and win with stakes going as high as 10 points. Whilst it isn’t explored in any substantial detail Stephen Vincent Tipping Service seems to draw heavily on the experience of Stephen Vincent. There seems to be some merit to this as since June Stephen Vincent Tipping Service has achieved a strike rate of 27.78%, many of which have had longer odds. Read more

Each Way Earners Review

Provided by Tipster Warehouse, Each Way Earners uses horse racing tips that are offered by an ex-bookie and professional horse racing advisor.

What is the product?

Like all of Tipster Warehouse’s products Each Way Earners is an email based tipster service. There isn’t a whole lot of information available but what Tipster Warehouse do say is that the tipster behind Each Way Earners has been earning a living through horse racing for 35 years. Given this level of experience it seems reasonable to assume that Each Way Earners is based on a network of informants as well as analysis of statistics, form etc. Selections are each way and users can expect 12-16 tips a month (on average). In terms of the strike rate for Each Way Earners, Tipster Warehouse claim that this stands at 40.62% at the time of writing. Read more

Top Secret Tips Review

Offered by Tipster Warehouse, Top Secret Tips is a horse racing tipster service that has its basis in using small numbers of tips that are reasonably strong.

What is the product?

Top Secret Tips uses a somewhat unique method when compared to other tipsters which has its basis in quality not quantity. This is evidenced by the claim by Tipster Warehouse that they only offer 1-2 bets each day which is quite contrary the 4-6 that you would usually expect. In terms of the selection process there is a disappointing lack of details. Whilst I accept that no tipster wants to give away their system or insider information simply stating whether a service is form based or uses the knowledge of a network of agents is hardly giving the game away. In terms of results Top Secret Tips claims a strike rate of 39% which is probably slightly slower than average. This is based off 40-45 selections per month. Read more
